Boldin's agent believes trade will still happen

GLENDALE, Ariz. - It was expected that if Anquan Boldin wasn't traded before the NFL draft he would probably remain a wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals. However, Boldin's agent Drew Rosenhaus said on his Twitter page that he believes Boldin will still be traded.
"I still believe Anquan will be traded before training camp," Rosenhaus wrote on Twitter. "I hope to work together with the Cardinals to resolve the situation by then."
It seemed Boldin had nowhere to go when the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants and Tennessee Titans all drafted a wide receiver in the first round. However, with the Baltimore Ravens still unhappy with the set of wide receivers on their roster, an offer for Boldin may still be on the table.
According to the Baltimore Sun, the Ravens are currently holding tryouts with wide receivers Jerry Porter, Kelley Washington, D.J Hackett and Tab Perry.
It is unknown how much or even if the Ravens made an offer for Boldin before the draft, or if they are interested in him now.
The Eagles drafted wide receiver Jeremy Maclin from Missouri in the first round, the Giants drafted wide receiver Hakeem Nicks from North Carolina and the Titans drafted Rutgers wide receiver Kenny Britt. These teams still might be interested in a Boldin trade since most rookie receivers have a tough time adjusting to the NFL their first year, and all of these teams are potential Super Bowl contenders.
Boldin has been vocal this past year that he is unhappy with the Cardinal's organization because they are reluctant to give him a big contract that he believes he deserves.
When Boldin reported for the Cardinals' mini-camp he did not participate in any organized team activities because he said he had a hamstring injury. When asked if he was going to report to training camp he said it's too early to make a decision on that.
