PHOENIX - With Shaquille O'Neal traded from the Suns, all the attention will now move to Amare Stoudemire.
The Suns All-Star forward was speculated to be traded around the trade deadline in February. Those thoughts and rumors have not stopped since.
The latest deal would plant Stoudemire in Houston along with teammate Leandro Barbosa, while the Suns would get Tract McGrady's expiring $22M contract, Carl Landry, and Aaron Brooks, this according to The New York Post.
Multiple sources have told Sports 620 KTAR the deal is false.
Stoudemire is signed for the next two seasons, but can opt-out after this upcoming season and would like an extension this summer.
