Position: Producer/Anchor/Reporter/Whatever they ask me to do that day.
Years with the company: Enough.
More on what you do (at work): Producer for the 620 Sportsline with Dave Burns. He refers to me as "Farmer." It's a strange nickname, I know, and no one really knows what it means.
Education: Enough.
Family: Enough.
Favorite restaurant: No preference, but I very much enjoy sushi and Asian cuisine.
First job: I don't remember.
Favorite spot in Arizona: I like to hike at T-Bird Park in the NW Valley. I love to hike in Flagstaff and in the White Mountains.
What is in your iPod: I don't remember.
Favorite team: How about I tell you who I don't like: Yankees, Cowboys, Patriots, Lakers, Notre Dame.
Favorite athlete: Joey Kocur. My choices in heroes are very eclectic. My three idols growing up were Bret Hart, Christopher Hitchens, and Kocur.
Favorite sports memory: Although I'm not a hockey fan anymore (thanks Gary Bettman), I grew up a Detroit Red Wings fan. Their Stanley Cup win in 1997. That and Joe Montana leading the 49ers to a win over the Bengals in Super Bowl XXIII. I won my first bet on the game: Five bucks from my grandfather.
Best sports event worked/covered: The 2007 NLDS. The atmosphere at Chase Field was incredible, and my assignment was to cover the Cubs locker-room. With all the Chicago TV stations, and many national outlets present, it was a media frenzy. That made my job very challenging, but added to the enormity of event, which was very fun to be part of.
Bucket List: Road trip up the Pacific Northwest. Boat trip in Venice. Trip to Scotland, Ireland, or somewhere very green.
