KTAR comment board moderators use specific criteria, including the following guidelines, for determining if a comment should be shown on our site.
1. In cases of tragedies and/or fatalities, please be sensitive to the parties affected.

2. Please keep it civil, directly insulting another poster, or unfounded accusations will not be tolerated.
3. Use of vulgar, suggestive or obscene language or "cleverly" disguised vulgar, suggestive or obscene language is not tolerated.
4. Trollish behavior or hate speech directed at any ethnic, religious, or other group will not be tolerated.
5. Report guideline violations and Trolls. Do not reply to them.
Please remember that this is a moderated public forum with rules of conduct, not an unlimited free speech zone. Violating any of these guidelines may result in comment removal, banning, or being permanently marked as a Troll.

  Some students drop out simply because they have no more money as tuition goes up it pushes them out the door. I would like to see the number of students that had good grades and still had to drop out do to this issue!!

  My prayers go out to this officer and especially his family. It is not my business to point the finger and place blame. I turn my concerns to this family. Just think, Christmas, a time of joy and celebration, will forever be ruined for them. They will have to deal with this loss for every Christmas to come. I pray that they find peace.
