Patty: Start/Sit for Week 10

Before we get into who should be IN and who should be OUT for Fantasy Week 10, I have a few thoughts.
Thank goodness for Thursday night football on the NFL Network. Before this Thursday I was regulated to watching teams like Northern Illinois and Eastern Michigan do battle. Now with the NFL back on Thursday I get to watch teams and games that I actually care about.
Two great games this Sunday. The Steelers host the Bengals in an early match-up at The Big Ketchup Bottle while the Patriots head to Indianapolis to battle the undefeated Colts on Sunday Night Football. If the Bengals win they would be 5-0 in the AFC North and take control of the division. A Pittsburgh win and they look poised to make another Super Bowl run. The Colts and Patriots have had many great games over the past few years and this one should be no exception. Peyton Manning is playing great and Tom Brady is back to his normal self. I'm excited to sit on the couch and watch this one.
With that lets get into who should be IN and who should be OUT of your lineup going into week nine.
IN - Lee Evans/Terrell Owens - I'm going out on a bit of a limb here but I think Evans and T.O. are due for big games. Buffalo is coming off their bye week and should have a fresh gameplan as they get ready to take on the Titans in Tennessee. I know the Titans have played better as of late, but their pass defense has allowed 21 passing touchdowns this year and 278 passing yards per game.
IN - Derrick Mason - In his first meeting against the Browns, Mason had five catches for 118 yards and a touchdown. That was his first and only 100-yard performance of the season. I look for more of the same from Mason on Monday night in Cleveland. The Browns are allowing 26 points per game and are having problems not only on the field, but also in the front office.
IN - Dallas Defense - The Green Bay Packers gave up six sacks to Tampa Bay! Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has no time to look downfield and find Donald Driver or Greg Jennings. With DeMarcus Ware and company coming to town, I look for Rodgers to be getting helped up an awful lot on Sunday. The Cowboys sacked Donovan McNabb four times last week and the Eagles offensive line is far superior to that of the Packers.
OUT - Kevin Smith - The Vikings are coming off their bye week and have one of the best run defenses in the league. The last time Smith played the Vikings he had a season high 24 carries, but managed just 83 yards and fumbled once. If you have another option at running back I would use him this weekend.
OUT - Ladell Betts - Clinton Portis is likely out this week after suffering a concussion. Ladell Betts will get the start against the Broncos, but he is not worthy of picking up and starting in any league. The Redskins only have three rushing touchdowns and offensively they look putrid. Just like Smith, hopefully you have other options at the tailback position.
