JV - What have you noticed from your teammates that has been different about the vibe of this training camp than the previous six you've been to?

AB - I think the expectations are different, you know coming into the last couple of years I don't think our expectations were as high but now, especially after last season, I think we definitely have high expectations.

JV - The past year for you, training camp last year and what was said, the injury during the season, the incident on the sidelines in the playoff game, the Super Bowl, changing agents, when you reflect back what do you take from all of it?

AB - For me it was a bitter sweet year, going through all the controversy with the contract, going through the injury, being able to make it to the Super Bowl, like I said it was bitter sweet. For me I vowed to make this year a happy year for me and I think that's something that I can control, and that's something that I won't let anybody else determine. So for me I'm just coming out and playing football and I'm going to enjoy myself.

JV - Staying with the happy year comment, did you miss that part of football, having fun?

AB - Well I think I still interacted with the players and the fans, I guess my relationship with the organization changed. But for me, like I said, I won't let that get in the way of me playing football, I'm always comfortable on the football field, I think anytime I'm out there I'm going to be productive so that's something I'm looking forward to this year.

JV - You've been here for the bad times, the lean years, small crowds showing up to games, definitely not this many people coming out for past training camps. What's it like now to have people finally notice, to get the support from the community, to get some love from the national media, and did you wonder if it would ever happen here?

AB - It makes me feel good but you know that's something that I envisioned when I first got here, it was one of my goals to change this organization to a winning organization. I don't think I ever doubted it because I knew the talent we were getting in and it was only a matter of time, I'm mean we had talented guys on the team but at first we just didn't have that experience together, we didn't have the years so I never gave up hope.

JV - Tim Hightower had a nice rookie season, you draft Beanie Wells in the first round, and you add Jason Wright and Chris Vincent. The potential is definitely there to have a solid running game, what will that add to this high powered passing game?

AB - Whenever you have a good running game, and you saw it in the playoffs, it helps the entire offense. It takes coverage off of us, it makes teams choose what they want to stop, if we're running the ball productively and they want to throw an 8th guy in the box, then we get one on one coverage outside, so it work's both ways.
