CLICK CHICK'S DAILY PICKS*

I'm Gayle Bass, the Click Chick, and this is my daily blog of what's weird, wacky and wild on the good old world wide Web. Is there a Web site you can't live without visiting everyday? Is there a video on YouTube that cracks you up every time? Email it to me at gbass@ktar.com. And you can check on me at twitter.com/theclickchick .

Christmas Songs You May Never Have Heard Of, Pt. 2: I got this link to sent to me from Randy S. from Laveen. It's a song by three guys in a group called Go Fish who don't like phrase "Happy Holidays." I think it's safe to say this is a Christian group with a name like Go Fish. Needless to say, someone has actually heard the song because it's had more than 11.3 million hits on YouTube.

X-Mas Songs You May Never Have Heard Of, Pt. II: Now, I remember the song from years ago, "All I Want for Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth." But this one is pretty self-explanatory what one little munchkin wants - a hippo. You can put that in the kids iPods for the long drive to grandpa's house for the holidays. Now, it's not quite "Chimpanzee Riding on a Segway," but it's kinda catchy. Apparently, it's from 1953

I'm a PANK!: now, apparently, the click chick has been told she's not a cougar or black panther or a puma. but apparently, I am a PANK that's an acronym for - Professional Aunt, No Kids. My nephews and nieces have figured this out and treat me like a huge walking wallet. KTAR reporter Colton Shone did a story on savyauntie.com - the site for panks. This PANK likes that it has holiday gifts for under $10-$20. However, aunties are for buying kids stuff that you know your parents won't. But what does the Click Chick shop, besides Amazon for books. I love Overstock.com, because they usually have free or $1 shipping. SmartBargains is good too. I've suggested time and again to use sales aggregators, such as RetailMeNot. Before you by anything go there.

Webby List: The Webby Top 10 Most Influential Internet Moments of the Decade from 2000 to 2009. For 2008 it was the historic election of President Barack Obama and in 2009, it was the Iranian Election Protests. On a side note, 5 people in Iran were sentenced to death for fomenting dissent following the re-election of Mahmood Ahmedinejad - or as KTAR host Gaydos calls him Aquavelvejad.

Yet Another Bacon Link: Two people sent me notes about this back-to-back so I must post this online because - It's a bacon link and my love for bacon is renowned Valley wide. Apparently, the makers of bacon salt and the Baconnaise, also have bacon flavored envelopes called "MMMvelopes." Let me read from the site: "So, after thousands of years and kajillions of horrible tasting envelopes licked, we're happy to report that J&D's Bacon-Flavored Mmmvelopes™ are here to save the day. No longer will envelopes taste like the underside of your car. You can enjoy the taste of delicious bacon instead."

Timewaster That Doesn't Require A Computer: I don't have another crazy holiday song, but I just may have something to keep the kids or the adults who complain too much over the holidays busy if you only have one TV and 15 ideas about you should watch. Try the common names game. Someone scribed the common names of some Christmas songs and you can figure out what they are. So, if you heard "Listen! The celestial harbingers produce harmonious sounds" you would really be listening to "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing."
