Kyl: Blocking TARP funds release too risky

In Senate floor debate on whether to block the release the remaining $350 billion from the Troubled Assets Relief Program, Arizona Republican Jon Kyl said blocking the TARP funds release would be just too risky.

"We simply cannot take the chance that we do not have the financial ability to deal with crises as they develop."
