  im all about enforced discipline . i believe the reason crime is up is because of antispanking laws. but if you think it is ok to stun gun a little kid for not wanting to shower then you also should have your kids taken away -+ hys /vasectomy. theyre hearts arent even fully develop until the age of 18. i am sorta embarassed to have actually agreed with some of you folks on other issues by association. i tell you what any one of you or a law officer comes near my kids with a taser i will have a nice vaca for 5-10.

  If this kid wasn't EH or Mentally disabled and she refused to listen to her mom, then she got what she deserved. If this kid was in fact EH or disabled, even with parental approval, the crap is going to hit the hillbilly fan! Only in Arkansas!

  the girl has emotional problems. We have a cub scout with emotional issues and sometimes he's so bad his parents have to fight to hold him down, he's bi-polar. The law prevents you from physically striking a child, except for spaking. It sounds like mom also needs to be educated on how to deal with her child and maybe the child needs some sort of treatment. People ask for incidents to happen if they do nothing.
