TUCSON, Ariz. - Authorities say a Tucson man awaiting sentencing in a fatal DUI-related crash has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and drug possession charges.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department took 19-year-old Miguel Rodriguez into custody early Wednesday.

Authorities say Rodriguez had cocaine with him and a breath test came back positive for the presence of alcohol.

A county Superior Court judge ordered Rodriguez held without bond on the new case and imposed a $200,000 bond in his old case.

Rodriguez was convicted Oct. 30 of driving with an illegal drug in his system and leaving the scene after causing a fatal crash in July 2008, but was allowed to remain free pending his Dec. 11 sentencing hearing.
