Forbes magazine just released their top 100 list of the world's most powerful women which is ranked by dollars, media momentum and impact.
Some women you certainly know of include Arizona's own Janet Napolitano, Oprah & Beyonce (who need no last name), Angelina Jolie, and Lady Gaga.
One name you may not recognize is Sara Blakely, but ladies love her. She is the founder of Spanx and a first timer on the list this year.
Martha Stewart didn't make the list, but she probably doesn't care. These days she's more concerned with finding love, and now Dr. Oz is trying to help her out.
After looking at her Match.com profile he suggested a few names that might be a good fit for her, like Liam Neeson and Tim Robbins. She also shares tips for anti-aging during Thursday's episode of Dr. Oz.
Of course Kim Kardashian would go all out on the baby shower invitations.

According to TMZ, close friends and family received musical boxes which played a lullaby version of "Hey Mama" by Kanye West.
The event, surely to be over the top, will be held on June 2.

Brad Pitt is the happiest he's ever been and says it has a lot to do with his children.
"There's constant chatter in our house, whether it's giggling or screaming or crying or banging. I love it. I love it. I love it," Pitt told Esquire magazine in a recent interview. "I hate it when they're gone."
Pitt also admits in the interview to having very few friends.

Bieber was hanging out with his entourage when Gomez, Taylor Swift and another friend walked by.
Gomez stopped to give Bieber a hug and a kiss, but her friends tried to pull her away.
Speaking of the Biebs, he took home two trophies, including The Milestone Award, voted on by fans.
Not everyone agreed with the pick though. He got booed by the audience while accepting the award, which was presented by Cee Lo Green.
Speechless at first, he eventually addressed the critics, setting the record straight that, "This is not a gimmick. I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously."
Of course we can't talk about the Billboard Music Awards without mentioning Taylor Swift, the night's biggest winner.
Swift walked away with eight trophies, including Top Artist. She also had a fun and perfectly choreographed performance for her song 22, which kicked off in her dressing room and ended on stage with a shower of red balloons.
Was Emma Watson inspired by the Kardashians for her new role in the Bling Ring? If so, I'm not sure that would be a compliment.
Remember, she previously called her character "superficial, materialistic, vain [and] amoral."
Watson is currently at the Cannes Film Festival where she told a reporter "I watched a lot of Keeping up with the Kardashians and The Hills, and I tried to understand the psychology of this kind of girl as much as possible."
Speaking of the Kardashians, Kim's baby is due this summer and she's not happy that baby-daddy Kanye West is planning to kick off his tour right around that time, reports Radar Online.
His new album is expected to be released in June, and he plans to promote it with an international tour.
Besides the fact that it would be difficult to take the baby on the road, Kim will not be able to join him because she is committed to film her reality show in Los Angeles.
In the meantime predictions are already coming in about how long the couple will last.
The overly outspoken Wendy Williams was on Watch What Happens Live earlier this week and says the two will be over and done with, "30 seconds after the baby is born."
