Police say Shepard has been arrested in central Illinois on preliminary charges of speeding and drunken driving. Normal Police Lt. Mark Kotte says Shepard was stopped by police around 2 a.m. Saturday in Normal. The 65-year-old Shepard was driving a Chevy Blazer 16 mph over the 30-mph speed limit when he was pulled over.
