PHOENIX -- The Arizona Cardinals game against the Minnesota Vikings on Dec. 6 will be Sunday night's nationally televised game on NBC, Sports 620 KTAR's Ron Wolfley reported Tuesday.

The game is at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. Kickoff will be at 6:20 p.m., Arizona time.

NBC had tentatively planned on televising the New England Patriots-Miami Dolphins game on Dec. 6, but decided to switch to the Arizona-Minnesota game.

The game will match the NFL's oldest quarterbacks in Arizona's Kurt Warner, 38, and Minnesota's Brett Favre, 40.

The Cardinals currently lead the NFC West with a 7-3 record. Minnesota is atop the NFC North with a 9-1 mark.

  The Vikes came in with Tavaris and gave the Cards a butt whooping! With Favre, it could be worse. You have to remember, this will be a home game for the Vikes too! Purple will dominate the stands and make the Cards look stupid. Good Luck to Cards, I wish them well but the Vikes will have the advantage. If Warner happens to be out, you can phone it in now!

  I have been a Cards fan since they moved here in the valley when I was just a kid. My motto last year was, "you aren't a true Cardinals fan unless you have been laughed at for being a Cardinals fan!" Believe me, after years of ridicule, this dog had it's day. With that being said, I doubt a Superbowl run is going to happen two years in a row. I will be happy to be wrong on this one but I think it's teh truth. Anyway, with that mentality set. This is going to be the most exciting and best game of the year.

  This is not an offensive game. This is a Vince Young versus Arizona Cardinals defense game. How are we going to respond to adversity (Vince Young). A smarter, stronger, faster quarterback. This is in no way shape or form Kurt Warner vs Tennessee. THIS IS VINCE YOUNG VS ARIZONA'S "D". What will Bill Davis & Co. have in store for Vince Young (the younger version of Donnovan McNabb). THEY HAVE TO BE PHYSICAL WITH HIM AND KNOCK YOUNG ON HIS ARSE. GO DEFENSE!!

  Its disappointing to see that they arent with as much talent these two teams have and the youth they have in depth to favor and establish my point... Its going to be a tough game. Its going to be a statement game for Arizona who as a team are curbing around that losing culture against a team the Tennessee Titans who are out to set an example and have something to prove to the world.
