Airline companies probably get so many complaints a day, it's got to be hard to keep up.
But with this letter, it's like United Airlines isn't even trying.
A Redditor posted the following letter that she received after having a bad experience with the company:
Someone at United either made a huge error or just simply didn't care enough to alter the form letter to fit the passenger's complaint.
According to Fox News, United Airlines has not said whether the letter is authentic or not, but they did say the company uses "standardized wording to start drafting a letter."
