When a test is performed on a pregnant woman, a test to determine the status of the pregnancy, a test which will determine the health of the baby, should the mother be notified if the doctor finds something untoward?
The Arizona Senate said no, docs should not have to tell the mother if her fetus is deformed or in any way unable, after birth, to ever lead a normal life.
What do you think? Should a doctor who finds an abnormality report that to the mom so she can decide if she wants to terminate the pregnancy?
