PEORIA, Ariz. - It's the other picture involving President Obama that has Arizonans in hot water.

Just a day ago, it was a picture of Gov. Jan Brewer pointing a finger in the face of President Obama.

But another picture has the Secret Service investigating.

That picture shows several teens, a few of them with guns in hand, holding an Obama t-shirt that is riddled with bullets.

The man who snapped that picture -- is Peoria Sgt. Pat Shearer.

"I think it was more of a political statement. Obviously, it's not like they were going to go out and shoot the president, no."

Shearer tells ABC15.com that he's embarassed, but maintains he would give his life for the president's.

The Secret Service is now investigating.

    thing that you could do? Shoot up an Obama shirt, photograph it, then post it. I don't care if you agree with anyone's politics but you are extremely stupid if you think that doing this is intellegent.

    I think you are confusing the right to freedom of speech with the "right" to say what you want without consequence. Try shouting Fire in a crowded theatre. You certainly have the right to do that, but not the right to escape the consequences. Or, perhaps, hold up a bullet riddled photo of, shall we say a police officer or high school principle. I think the response would be a little different, no ? And remember, free speech is not "free". Many people have suffered to expand that concept.

    The Brewer photo did not place "Arizona" in hot water though you obviously wish it did. Quite the contrary. In the U.S., we still have the right to openly disagree with government officials including the president. Nor does this incident have Arizona in hot water. Arizona is not having a problem just because of a few individuals who haven't even committed any crime. Trying to be dramatic does not change it.

    Is the Big Moron..............Oh my, don't criticize the "Black President" or you're Racist! I think it's funny, and yes, they do have the right to express themselves, there's nothing illegal about this pic. If they said, Death to Obama, now they're implying they advocate the assassination of the President. There was plenty of T-shirts that wanted the death of GWB but nobody complained.
