    Active shooter drills..
by DHS say to run, hide and if necessary obtain a improvised weapon like scissors or a fire extinguisher or a chair. An improvised weapon? What about a real weapon to defend against a real weapon. Remember rock, paper, scissors? Well, guns beat scissors and all the rest.

    Rocket Science ?
Litigation or Arbitration, is what caused this, 98% of contracts are Bias having very little protection for the Subcontractor, written with Arbitration clauses, most people unaware of what they sign but just happy to get work in bad times. But when something goes wrong, The prime, brings in his paid buddy to Arbitrate and wallah!! Who do you think is the looser! Not justifying it but letting you know where it came from, and it won't be the last.

Do yourself a favor by crossing out arbitration clauses and maintaining the litigation!

..you are being sarcastic. When you say more guns, are you talking about gun free zones where there are no legal guns? By saying more that implies some are already there. There are no guns, so by adding guns it does not make it more. Unless you count the bad guys guns then common sense would say why do you only want the bad guy armed?
