This is sickening to think if they are raped and that they can not make their own choice on what to do with their bodies. Quite often these rapes as we know are done by the men that they serve along side with. The women ended up being punished and assaulted twice by not only the criminal but their own government.

Nothing but the good old boys club all over again. None of my daughters will serve but there are women that need also a job and the opportunity for higher education that they can receive while serving their country. I think a few of these congressman need to get it in the a** and see how they like it. Lets make it equal opportunity for all.

Then if these women report their rape by another military serviceman they end up being outed by the military. They are made to keep their mouth shut if they are to stay. Just forced insanity by this government and then we wonder why there are so many suicides now taking place by these young people. There is no justice for them.

    The same old arguments
Why is it alright to give the death penalty to the innocent baby that results from the crime? Why is it alright to make me pay for the abortion when I personally would happily adopt that child if given the chance? How about if the military would give her medical leave and then instead pay for her to carry the child to term and then let adoptive parents pay it all back? It might actually give the birth mother, who has already suffered enough, some peace of mind to know she's doing something good for someone else.
