Myanmar balloon fesitval goes wrong

We're not sure it's supposed to do that.
In this video, what looks like a hot air balloon loaded with fireworks begins taking off. All is well and good, until the craft fails to gain altitude.
Then the fireworks start going off.
Stick with this one to the end. It's worth it.
