According to BuzzFeed, one Canadian boy thinks so.
Cole Hein, who has a rare breathing disorder, has had his service dog, Bingo, for 12 years. Now that Bingo is getting ready to the end of her life, Cole decided to fulfill everything on the dog's "lick it list."
