New York shooting security footage released

In new security footage released by the New York Police Department, shooter Jeffrey Johnson is seen hurrying away from the spot where he murdered a former employer. Dressed in a grey suit, Johnson is pursued by police.

When Johnson turned to face police, the police fired.

Cops were just stupid!!

Why did they not just tackle him as he went around those planters?? this was poor judgement on there part OF COURSE now the city will be sued by the victims of stray bullets 16 rounds...come on really the emptied there clips on this guy, reports say he never got a shot off ???
