On the back of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's claim that President Barack Obama's birth certificate is likely to be fraudulent, a political opponent released a video that questions the need for such an investigation.

In the video, Maricopa County Sheriff candidate Paul Penzone claims that Arpaio's birther investigation is "ridiculous" and nothing more than a political ploy.

    Sec.1 of Art. 2, US Constitution sets forth the requirements to serve as president: “ No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” Mr. Paul Penzone how do you intrepid the Constitution. If Barry's documents are a fraud then what would you do? Nothing? If so, You don't deserve to be Sheriff.

    Mr. Penzone is a wife beater. If he can't manage his household affairs how is he to be trusted with a sheriff’s department ? Additionally all the years on the force and only a Sergeant ? Hmmm far cry from po dunk sergeant to running a sheriff’s department.

    I dont agree with Penzone at all, but your comments about sworn sergeants is so far off base. Sergeants are the real working leaders of any law enforcement agency, all those above sergeant are offfice paper pushers and soon forget what real law enforcement is about. Attack Penzone for his issues but not sergeants.

    Obamacare slipped by Congress unsanctioned, the border is a seive that we are told is secure, Obama and Holder refuse to reveal their guns-to-Mexico program, our taxpayer dollars are buying up government business and power, welfare is redefined and distributed like candy, our national debt is untethered and bringing us quickly to our knees. It should be obvious that our president is an imposter. Our country has been invaded from inside, and a blatantly fraudulent birth certificate is a small part of the evidence that many refuse to see.

    Under President Obama, we have RECORD number of deportations. More then Bush already, and he was in office for 8 years!! Do you people fail to see that little statistic?
