The Stone Temple Pilots accuse former frontman Scott Weiland of misusing the band's name to further his solo career and want a judge to strip the rocker of his ability to use the group's name or songs.
"Criminal Damage" is sort of a catch-all term that law enforcement uses when they can't actually charge you with something specific, but are certain you're up to no good.
The truth of course is that he got arrested for looking like a thug. Dress and adorn yourself like a criminal, and people are likely to take you at your word.
