They only recorded one album and their only hit from that album went to No. 1 four years after they disbanded. "When I'm With You" from the Canadian band Sheriff first hit the US charts in 1983 but only managed to get to No. 63 on the charts.

Disappointed by the bands lack of success outside of their homeland, they called it quits. A DJ at a Las Vegas radio station started playing the song and other radio stations began to follow suit. By February 1989 the song hit No. 1 on the charts.

Lead singer Freddy Curci holds the Guinness World Record for Longest Note Held in a pop song, for 30 seconds, for the ending note of "When I'm With You."
