Harry Potter books get new cover art.

Harry Potter is getting a new look on his 15th birthday. At least, the book covers are, if not the young wizard.

Scholastic, Harry Potter's U.S. publisher, unveiled on Wednesday a new cover for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, the first of seven new covers for each book in the series.

They will debut in September to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the first book's publication.

Kim Kardashian's Attorney: Kris Humphries holding her "Hostage"!

Kim Kardashian's divorce attorney says it's time for Kris Humphries to "put up or shut up."

In a 217-page response to the NBA player's assertion that they're not ready to go to trial to settle their split due to "uncooperative third parties." Kardashian attorney Laura Wasser argues that Humphries' camp has presented no evidence that they've been met with any opposition in the discovery process.

Humphries "cannot continue to hold the Court and [Kardashian] hostage through his own lack of diligence in preparing his case for trial."

Kardashian, who has stated in court documents that she wants to be officially divorced by the time she gives birth to her and Kanye West's child in July, is ready to be deposed ASAP, but it's Humphries who has insisted that he be present — and he has claimed that his schedule won't allow for what promises to be a particularly uncomfortable reunion until at least May.

Kardashian filed a motion last month to get either a speedy trial date or have her case bifurcated, so that she can at least be legally single even if she and Humphries haven't settled their financial disagreements.

Sources also claim Kim Kardashian is pregnant with a boy. The evidence? Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban was spotted buying blue baby clothes and toys.

Lady Gaga cancels world tour.

Lady Gaga has cancelled the remainder of her world tour to undergo surgery on her hip.

The singer scrapped several shows on her Born This Way Ball trek in the U.S. on Tuesday after being diagnosed with synovitis, a severe inflammation of the joints.

She told fans she was "completely devastated" about having to axe three concerts, but now it appears her hopes of getting back on stage later this month have been completely dashed she has been told she will need an operation to treat the injured hip.

The surgery has forced her to cancel the rest of her tour, which runs until the end of March.

Alyson Hannigan: a mental patient is threatening to kill me!

How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan has obtained a restraining order against a man she claims is mentally unstable and threatened to kill her.

She filed a request for a restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming John Hobbs has been harassing her on the Internet posting threatening messages on Facebook, MySpace, and Alyson's website.

Hannigan says Hobbs is "mentally unstable and was recently discharged from a mental hospital."

Alyson says Hobbs also suggested he would rape her posting a message online that reads, "Lets see How can I get myself in troble today [sic]. If I go with what I've been acussed of Most of my Life, I suppose I should start with being a rapist, so any nice girls out there want to get raped [sic]?"

In addition to herself, Alyson got protection for her husband and two kids.

KeSha drinks own pee on MTV show!

Ke$ha is no stranger to eyebrow-raising behavior, and it sounds like her upcoming MTV documentary series My Crazy Beautiful Life will have more than its fair share including some pee drinking.

The singer was speaking about the show during a BBC1 radio interview when she let slip that her brother, journalist Lagan Sebert, captured some off-the-wall footage while filming his pop star sis over a two-and-a-half year period.

Ke$ha says, "He got all the things you would want to see and all the things you wouldn't really want to see. Making out with dudes, drinking my own pee, jumping out of a building, jumping out of airplanes, swimming with sharks."

Drinking her own pee? She reportedly clarified, "I was told drinking my own pee was good… Somebody tried to take my pee away from me and I said, ‘That is mine!' So I snatched it up and took a chug and it was really gross so I don't do it anymore."

Conor Kennedy arrested!

Conor Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., was arrested Wednesday at a climate change rally in Washington, D.C.

The 18-year-old ex-boyfriend of singer Taylor Swift joined his father and dozens of other environmental activists in an act of civil disobedience against the proposed Keystone XL pipeline.

Hugh Jackman says the gay rumors are starting to bother his wife Deborra-Lee Furness.

Which claims to estimate the size of a man's JUNK based on his shoe size.

He's demanding that the app be removed and he also wants any profits from the app.
