The Russian-installed leader of Chechnya blamed the violent nature of the Boston Marathon suspects on their upbringing in the United States.
According to Yahoo! News, Ramzan Kadyrov said there is no connection between the upbringing of the suspects, 26-year-old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed overnight, and 19-year-old Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev.
Kadyrov went on to mock police for their inability to capture the younger Tsarnaev.
