A bomb threat cleared the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Tuesday morning.
A phone call, believed to be from the Prescott area, gave warning of a bomb in the building. As a precaution the building at 1275 W. Washington Street in Phoenix was then evacuated.
People were allowed to reenter the building about 11:30 a.m.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is assisting Capital Police for precautionary reasons.
The capitol building in Tucson is also being evacuated at this hour due to a threat. The bomb squad is searching the facility. It is unknown if the call was related to the one placed to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
