PHOENIX — A private college announced Tuesday it would be shutting down a satellite campus in a Phoenix suburb.
On its website, Albright College said it would be close the doors at its Mesa, Arizona campus in August amidst declining enrollment projections.
However, the school said it would stay registered with the Arizona Department of Education in case of “future opportunities.”
The Reading, Pennsylvania-based school opened in 2012 and offered accelerated degree programs in information systems, applied psychology and business administration. It picked Mesa over several domestic and international cities.
