Chef Joseph Gutierrez takes inspiration from Andalusian, Basque and Catalonian cuisine. Thrillist recommends the steamed mussels in a tomato/pepper hot sauce, pan-fried black rice sausage or glazed snails in sherry vinegar aioli.
