Study: Phoenix named one of the top cities in nation for green living

PHOENIX — A recent study ranked Phoenix second in the best cities for green living, The Phoenix Business Journal reported.
According to a study conducted by the real estate company Trulia, Phoenix is ranked second in the nation for most environmentally-friendly cities.
The company looked at various environmentally-friendly components, including solar panels and low-flow toilets.
Phoenix ranked above other big cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles and Boston, but fell to St. Louis.
Experts have estimated that at least 38 percent of the construction market will be green housing by next year.
