Unexplained emergency postpones Jodi Arias retrial

PHOENIX — Jurors in the penalty-phase retrial of Jodi Arias were excused by the judge Monday because of an unexplained emergency.
Afternoon testimony was interrupted when Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Sherry Stephens made the announcement. Court will resume Thursday.

Trial in the State v. #JodiArias will resume on Thursday 11/20 at 9:30 am. Evidentiary Hearing set for Friday 11/21 at 10:30 am.

Dr. L.C. Miccio-Fonseca, a clinical psychologist and defense witness, had been on the stand for a third day when court was adjourned.
