PHOENIX — The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office says six people were arrested last weekend at Prescott-area motels for illegal drug activity.
Detectives from the local Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking (PANT) task force worked with Prescott police detectives to investigate drug-related activity and identify several people involved.
On Friday, Sept. 12, and Saturday, Sept. 13, multiple search warrants were served at two Prescott motels, resulting in six arrests for drug-related offenses, including possession of drug paraphernalia.
All suspects were booked into the Yavapai County jail. As the result of the arrests, three weapons were recovered along with approximately one-quarter pound of methamphetamine, marijuana, heroin and hallucinogenic “mushrooms,” the YCSO said.
