PHOENIX — San Francisco Giants pitcher Tim Lincecum hopes to hit the mark with the asking price for his home in the Valley.
The two-time Cy Young winner is selling the house he bought for his spring-training stays for about $4 million dollars.
The house, near Tatum Boulevard and Doubletree Ranch Road in Paradise Valley, has an indoor batting cage, indoor basketball court, a home theater and a six-car garage.
All of that packed is into 11,000 square feet. Oh, and the swimming pool features two waterfalls.
Only two?
