Website rates 2 Phoenix suburbs high for home sellers

PHOENIX — Real estate blog Movoto.com has happy news for homeowners in two East Valley communities — they’re living in top 10 best cities for home sellers.
The blog rated Chandler and Gilberts Nos. 9 and 10 on its list of 100.
Criteria included number of properties for sale per capita (the fewer homes the better for asking price), rate of crimes and quality of schools.
The Bay Area city of Fremont, Calif., was No. 1. California landed five cities in the top 10.
