SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- A Scottsdale man is behind bars Monday accused of threatening to kill Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Sheriff's deputies said Ignacio Carbajal posted comments on his Facebook page, saying he planned to kill the Sheriff because of Arpaio's stance on illegal immigration.
