TUCSON, Ariz. -- Pima County Superior Court clerk plans to retire at the end of March.
According to the Arizona Daily Star, Patricia Noland has cited a need to make her family her top priority.
The former state legislator was first elected court clerk in 1998. She was last re-elected in 2010.
Gov. Jan Brewer will appoint a midterm replacement, who will have to be a Republican because that is Noland's party.
