YUMA, Ariz. -- A third woman arrested three years ago, accused of running a prostitution ring out of a Somerton massage parlor, has pleaded guilty in a plea agreement.

Won Sil Shim faces up to two years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of criminal impersonation. Prosecutors dropped 33 other charges against the 57-year-old Korean citizen and permanent U.S. resident. Many were prostitution-related charges.

The Yuma Sun reported Shim was arrested along with two other Korean women after federal and local agents raided the Smile Spa Massage after receiving complaints about prostitution. She'll be formally sentenced in August.

The other two women previously pleaded guilty to minor charges. One received probation and the other six months in jail, although she had already served a year.
