WB I-40 at Arizona-NM border reopened after fatal crash

PHOENIX -- Westbound lanes of Interstate 40 have reopened about 10 miles west of the Arizona-New Mexico border, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
A fatal crash occurred shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday, causing westbound lanes to be closed.
