Power outage hits about 500 homes in Scottsdale

About 500 homes in Scottsdale were without power for about an hour Tuesday morning, according to utilities company APS.
A construction crew working an underground task caused the power failure. Several intersections were without traffic lights, including at 68th Street and Indian School Road.
Power was fully restored by around 9:20 a.m.
