TUCSON, Ariz. -- Police have identified a man they believe was fatally shot in a home on Tucson's southeast side.

Tucson police announced Thursday that the victim was 26-year-old Kyle Riley.

He was found dead inside a home Wednesday morning after police officers responded to a 911 call about a shooting.

When officers arrived at the home, the homeowner let them in and police Riley's body was found inside a bedroom.

Police say Riley was pronounced dead at the scene.

They believe the shooting happened early Wednesday and they're waiting for the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner to determine the official cause of death.

Police say homicide detectives are working to determine exactly what happened inside the house.

They didn't immediately say Thursday if there are any suspects in the case.
