Weather creating difficult driving conditions in Arizona

BISBEE, Ariz. -- Difficult driving conditions and closures are reported Tuesday morning on some Arizona highways because of winter weather.
In southeastern Arizona, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office said snow has closed Highway 80 between Bisbee and Douglas.
Bad weather also delayed Cochise County in opening some administrative and court facilities in Bisbee until 10 a.m.
In northern Arizona, the Flagstaff Unified School District delayed opening schools until 10 a.m. because of icy roads.
