Ramp between I-10, I-17 reopens after fatal wreck

PHOENIX -- The connecting ramp between Interstates 10 and 17 has reopened after a fatal early-morning crash Monday.
Southbound I-17 and westbound I-10 lanes were closed for about four hours, clearing just before 7 a.m.
The identity of the driver has not been released.
