Phoenix continues to expand and evolve.

According to Phoenix Business Journal, Phoenix ranks number eight in a list of the country's fastest growing cities.

The population growth in Phoenix in 2012 was one percent, while in 2013 it has expanded to 2.7 percent.

The job growth is 2.5 percent with an unemployment rate of 6.5 percent.

The top of the list was taken by three Texas cities with Austin leading the pack.
