Seeing a Twitter account get hacked isn't outside the norm, but seeing a prominent politician's account get hacked is.

Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton found out how embarrassing it can be to get hacked on Wednesday.

The hacked tweet was ironically advertising a weight-loss product, considering Stanton was promoting a citywide weight-loss campaign earlier this month.

To Stanton's credit, he discovered the hack and changed his password within minutes.,
