PHOENIX -- A rollover accident Wednesday morning on eastbound Interstate 10 at 16th Street has created a 12-mile backup.
The logjam has tied up freeway traffic starting at 91st Avenue and is also affecting traffic on southbound Interstate 17.
No other details were immediately available.
