    I wonder
I wonder if the van was coming in or out of the Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetary at that location? The road is divided and you have to cross the west bound lands to get divide before you can get into the east bound lanes when leaving the cemetary.

would rather blame it on the officer without getting any more facts. The fact you should know is the van crossd in front of the patrol car and then the patrol car was hit from behind by the next car in line. The Van driver was at fault.
