Tucson ranks second in the ten best cities to find a job, according to Phoenix Business Journal.

The ranking system was based on compensation, relations with supervisors, employee reviews, job resources, company reviews, work-life balance and relationships between co-workers.

Tucson was ousted by Los Angeles, which took first place.,
