MESA, Ariz. — Authorities say two suspects have been arrested in connection with at least three car burglaries in Mesa.

Mesa police identify the men as 18-year-old as Juan Valenzuela and 18-year-old Francisco Javier Rivera Beltran Jr.

The men both are accused of burglary and criminal trespassing.

A police helicopter spotted the suspects driving in the area and that led to their arrests.

Court documents show Valenzuela admitted to the burglaries.

Beltran reportedly told police that he and Valenzuela were walking through a neighborhood looking for unlocked vehicle doors.

Police say an external hard drive stolen from one car was found in the suspects' vehicle.
