Man, woman dead in apparent Tucson murder-suicide

TUCSON, Ariz. -- Authorities in Tucson are investigating an apparent murder-suicide of a man and a woman.
Pima County sheriff's spokesman deputy Tom Peine said deputies were called to a home late Thursday and found a man dead in a home's driveway of an apparent gunshot wound. He identified the man as Joseph Leroy Francis, 23.
KOLD-TV reported the suicide came about an hour after Tucson police began investigating the shooting death of a woman. They said the suspect in her shooting was apparently Francis.
Peine said sheriff's detectives are working with Tucson police on the investigation.
