A Goodyear teacher's aide was arrested Thursday for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student.

The suspect, identified as 21-year-old Richard John Ryan, was a teacher's aide at Verrado High School.

The girl told police she had sex with Ryan, who was booked on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

    Sad commentary on society when our children are no longer safe at their schools. If it's not some nut with a gun and a grudge, it's some teacher/aide that can't control their sexual desires.
